New Wod is a wonderful holiday, especially for children. If before the favorite cartoon characters of children were the little red riding hood, gnomes and squirrels, now it's time for superheroes. If your children no longer want to be cubs and hares at the carnival ball, do not despair. Then it's time to sew a spiderman costume for your boy.
Instructions
Step 1
Having a black turtleneck in your child's wardrobe will make your job much easier. If not, then sew a black turtleneck with inserts as in the original from jersey with the addition of elastane and a red and blue tights from the same fabric. Alternatively, sew a jumpsuit by combining fabrics to match a suit pattern.
Step 2
Cover the finished suit with cobwebs. How to do it? Buy a thin elastic band with a silver sheath and glue or hand-sew it onto the finished suit. If there is no such elastic band, then draw the cobweb yourself with acrylic paints. Cut out the spider symbol from foil and stick on the suit or make an applique out of fabric.
Step 3
The next step in the production of the Spider-Man costume is the production of the mask. Measure the circumference of your head and face. Take the circumference of the head as the length of the future mask, and the circumference of the face as its width. Draw on paper and cut out 12 identical wedges, the length of which is equal to the circumference of the head, and the width, in turn, is the circumference of the face. Transfer the pattern to the fabric and cut out. Sew the wedges together. At the back of the head, that is, at the back, sew in a zipper. Mark and cut openings for the eyes, sew in sheer fabric, and process the cuts. Sew the mask with a silver elastic band or paint with acrylic paints to make a spider web.
