Step 1
Open Microsoft Word, go to Tools and click Letters and Mailings, click on Envelopes and Labels. At the top, you will see two menus: Envelopes and Labels. Select Labels. For Labels Product select Avery Standard. In the Product Number list, select the Avery sheet type (for example, the most popular is 5960). In the appeared field "Address" enter your coordinates.
Step 2
Now create a style for your business card. Select the text in the "Address" line. Right click on the text and select “Font”. Edit the text, add your logo, picture, information and motto. Resize the logo to fit your business card design. To delete an unsuitable picture, click on it and press the Delete key. Save the resulting business card on your computer.
Step 3
All basic operations have been completed. All that remains is to print your business card. To do this, go back to Envelopes and Labels, click Print and select Single Label, to print the whole sheet, select Full page.
Also set the number of business cards to be printed.
