Step 1
Determine the names of what types of goods and brands will be used in the incentive lottery. If you do not have a direct contract with manufacturers, you will have to enter into one in order to subsequently avoid litigation regarding illegal use of the trademark for commercial purposes. In order not to conclude such contracts, you can make a list of prizes (or goods that must be bought to participate in the drawing) without mentioning the manufacturer in this way: “buy any TV - get a car”, “buy three packs of any powder, labels came - take the washing machine."
Step 2
Prepare a regulation, which should indicate the timing of the action, the procedure for its holding, the rules of participation Create paper and electronic mockups of the coupon and promotional modules. Contact the tax inspection department with these documents (federal, if the action will be held at the all-Russian level, city - at the local level). Submit your company's charter, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and TIN. All documents must be submitted 20 days before the start of the promotion, and within 15 days the tax authorities will be required to consider them. Only if a positive decision was made on your question, you will be able to hold the lottery.
Step 3
Do not forget that any advertising layout must indicate the timing of the promotion and information about it (a link to the site where you can see it, or the address and phone number of the store).
Step 4
Do not use lottery equipment during draws. Create an electronic or paper table (for example, 40 × 7 cells), enter into it the identification number of each participant (previously indicated on coupons or assigned in the order of consideration of applications). After - print 10 cards (from 0 to 9). Place them in a container or bag. Invite one of the members of the drawing commission (usually representatives of the "Union for the Protection of Consumer Rights") to first pull 1 card out of the bag. Write down the number drawn. Place the card back into the bag. After that, call the next member of the drawing commission and ask him about the same. And so on until the identification number (usually six-digit) is fully determined.
Step 5
Notify the winners of the lottery at the home address or telephone indicated in the coupons. By the way, lottery participants can also be present at the drawing, the time and place of which they should be notified in advance.
