Bugs Bunny is a funny cartoon character; you don't need to have any special skills to draw him. All you need is a pencil, a piece of paper and fantasy.

Instructions
Step 1
First, draw a circle on a piece of paper and divide it into 4 parts.
Step 2
At the bottom of the circle, add a couple of details for the Bugs Bunny's face. These are two ovals. In the future, the mustache will be located here.
Step 3
Shape the top of your circle into a bunny's head.
Step 4
Add two high ears to the top of the head. In a rabbit, they are twice the size of their head. Draw in the neck.
Step 5
Add eyes to the bunny. Note that the right eye should be much smaller than the left. The eyes are two small ovals at the top of the muzzle.
Step 6
At the bottom of your circle from step 1, draw the outline of the bunnies' smile.
Step 7
Add some hair on the Bugs Bunny face.
Step 8
Work on the details: ears, nose and eyebrows. Add a pair of pupils to the eyes. Draw the front teeth and tongue in the mouth area.
Step 9
To complete the look, draw a mustache for the bunny. Erase the guide lines and outline the outline of Bugs Bunny. If desired, color the rabbit with colored pencils or felt-tip pens.
