She appears on the second day of Nancy's stay in Venice.

Step 1
Head up to Nancy's bedroom and change her into casual clothes. Further steps should be taken only after this procedure, which at first glance may seem insignificant.

Take the note from Colin that is on the bed and read it.
Step 3
Exit into the corridor, go to Colin's table, look at the Chinese box lying on the table. The top cover of the box opens quite easily. It is enough to shake this artifact well.
Step 4
Shake the box. After the top cover is opened, look at the Chinese characters that have become visible. There are only nine of them.
Step 5
Translate the hieroglyphs on the box. Use a pre-purchased book. If Nancy didn't buy the book on the first day she visited the bank, then go to St. Mark's Square again and look for the newsstand.
Step 6
On the first hieroglyph press "tree", on the second - "mountain", on the third - "fire", on the fourth "water".
Step 7
From the open box, get the codes for the osprey cards. After that, take Nancy to her room and put her to sleep. A difficult and eventful third day in Venice awaits you.
