Step 1
Take a piece of paper and place it vertically. It is better to depict the coat of arms and the flag on separate sheets. For preliminary drawing, you will need simple pencils and a ruler. First, draw the coat of arms, which is the figure of a two-headed, crowned eagle with the historic Moscow coat of arms on its chest.
Step 2
In the center of the sheet, draw a vertical rectangle with rounded bottom corners and a pointed bottom side. Use a ruler to split the rectangle in half with a vertical line. Then draw four horizontal lines dividing the rectangle into five equal parts. These construction lines will help you correctly draw the shape of the eagle and its accompanying attributes.
Step 3
At the level of the upper line, outline the tops of the crowns with ribbons, draw eagle heads with an open beak and a protruding tongue, and two necks merging into one. Since the eagle is symmetrical, try to draw the details together. That is, if you have drawn one head, immediately draw another. Draw a large crown in the center above the heads of the eagle.
Step 4
The second line runs at the level of the upper side of the historical coat of arms of Moscow, located on the eagle's chest. This coat of arms is the same rectangle with rounded ends and a pointed bottom. It contains the figure of a horse with a rider holding a spear and striking a snake. Draw this composition schematically, do not draw all the small details. Draw the spread wings of an eagle from the coat of arms.
Step 5
The third line runs along the lower border of the Moscow historical coat of arms. From this line, start drawing the legs of the eagle. In the right paw, depict a scepter in the form of a wand, decorated with a gold tip and rings. On the left, draw the orb, which is a golden ball with a cross-tipped head. The fourth line separates the segment in which the image of the eagle's tail is located, which is made up of five stylized feathers.
Step 6
After you have completed the drawing of the coat of arms with a simple pencil, proceed to coloring with colored pencils or paints. You will need the following colors - yellow, black, red, blue, white, gray. First, paint the figure of the eagle in yellow, draw the entire contour of the feathers in black, then proceed to the details - the attributes of royal power, crowns, coat of arms. Then cover the entire background with red. The coat of arms drawing is ready.
Step 7
To draw the flag of Russia, take a piece of paper and place it horizontally. Draw a rectangle that is 2/3 wide of its length. Divide the rectangle into 3 equal horizontal stripes, color the lower one red, the middle one blue, and leave the top white. Draw a dark outline of the flag. The drawing is ready.
