The competition regulations, like any official paper, must comply with certain rules and answer a number of questions about the organizers, stages and rules of the competition. To make the general public perceive you as a professional, follow the following design scheme.

Step 1
Start with a title page. This page is like a press release. At the top are the logos of the organizer company and various sponsors and employees.
Step 2
The APPROVED item is in the upper right corner. After drawing up the regulation, it should be studied by the main organizer and signed. Thereafter, the provision is considered to have entered into force.

In the upper left corner, place general information about the situation: the name of the event and its description in 1-2 simple sentences.

Write in the center the first section "INTRODUCTION" and explain in more detail the essence of the competition, its organizers and thanks to the sponsors.

Proceed to the "GENERAL POSITION". This section is instructive. Describe who can become a participant in the competition, who can enter the jury. Please indicate any restrictions and benefits for members.
Step 6
List your rights and responsibilities in the same section. Remember that even the smallest detail must be fixed on paper, otherwise, under unfortunate circumstances, you can get hurt.
Step 7
Give exact information about the rules of the competition in the appropriate section. Here you can also tell about the procedure for evaluating the competition and about the prize places.
Step 8
Make a separate appeal clause. Indicate on what grounds the results can be appealed and how exactly this should be done. Make sure that not only the participants, but also the jury are familiar with it.
Step 9
Enter your contact details and re-place the logos at the end of the last page. You can end the situation with parting words and wishes of good luck to all participants.
