Instructions
Step 1
In order to conduct a business game, you need to be very well prepared. If you want to maximize the benefits of the game, and its participants will be interested in participating in it, find an interesting problem that they will solve. If your charges are interested in the problem itself, then this will already provide a partial success of the business game.
Step 2
Next, prepare each of the participants in the role, think in advance who exactly and what role will get. Consider the individual characteristics of each participant in the game and your experience. Consider an option if there are fewer or more attendees than you planned. Clearly formulate the problem and tasks that you will set for the participants in the game. If they do not understand something, it will be extremely difficult to act according to their role, and the result may not be achieved. And the result is a decision, a way out of a problem situation.
Step 3
When preparing the roles, select the necessary attributes, accessories that will help the participants in the game better enter the role, and bring the situation as close as possible to real life. Take care of all the "documents" that will be relevant to the decision. That is, as in any role-playing game, or even just a game, you should have so-called toys. Only here they will be somewhat different, they will differ from the usual concept of toys.
Step 4
When planning the activity, make sure that the participants in the game have enough time to carry out the plan you have in mind. Time restrictions should be only within the framework of the game, and be stipulated by the rules. Set yourself and your participants only realistic goals. Try to keep situations as close to real ones as possible. It is best to use real events that took place some time ago, which have a result. In this case, summing up, it will be possible to compare what happened in the simulated situation and in reality. This approach to choosing a problem situation will be much more effective and useful, from the point of view of experience.
