A gift for any occasion in the form of a homemade paper rose can be quick and easy to make, and at the same time memorable and sincere. A rose like this will delight anyone who gets it, and you can learn how to make paper roses by hand using only colored paper and cut tree branches. Making such roses will give pleasure both in solo creativity and in joint work with a child.
Instructions
Step 1
Take paper of the color that the rose should have - white, pink or red, as well as green leaf paper, PVA glue, scissors, a pencil and a branch of a tree. Cut a square of the desired size from colored paper. For a small bud, a 10x10 cm square is suitable.
Step 2
Draw a rounded volumetric spiral with wide turns on the square with a pencil. Using scissors, cut the spiral along the drawn outline, cutting off the sharp corners along the edges. Starting from the edge of the former square, roll the spiral into a tube and, while holding the edges, slightly spread its turns to the sides to give the spiral the shape of a rosebud.
Step 3
Drop a little PVA glue into the spaces between the spirals, and also apply the glue to the tip of the tape, which closes the spiral turns from the outside, and press it down. Wait for the glue to dry and give the bud its final shape.
Step 4
Cut out the silhouette of a tree leaf from green colored paper and, laying the blank sheet on a soft surface, press with a hard thin object - a stick or a nail file - lines and veins on the sheet.
Step 5
Make a hole on the leaf petiole and thread a twig through it. Place some glue on the edge of the sheet to glue it to the wood.
Step 6
Then take the prepared bud, apply glue to the tip of the twig and to the inside of the bud, put it on the twig and press down.
Step 7
Your paper rose is ready. If you wish, you can make a rose from several large buds with a lot of leaves.
