Anthurium andré is a perennial, evergreen with bright glossy flowers in the form of a bedspread with a pink and white ear in the middle. The plant came to us from Central and South America. It is quite capricious, therefore it requires maximum care.
Instructions
Step 1
The plant does not tolerate cold and drafts. At temperatures below 16 degrees, the flower withers and dies, so it is necessary to provide an optimal room temperature for it.
Step 2
The flower loves moisture, so it is recommended to spray the leaves with water daily and wipe them off from dust. It is worth watering with filtered or boiled water at room temperature every other day. Once every two weeks, you should feed the flower with the help of special fertilizers containing a high concentration of phosphorus.
Step 3
The flower grows faster in diffused light, does not tolerate bright sunlight. If the flower is infected with parasites and pests, then it is necessary to treat the stems and leaves of anthurium with an insecticide or soap solution using a cotton swab. It is necessary to transplant a flower exclusively in the spring.
