If you are seriously thinking about starting a career as a photographer, then you should know that a successful shot depends not only on your skill level, but also on the equipment.
Instructions
Step 1
Macro lenses are lenses designed for detailed close-up photography of small objects, such as dew drops on a flower, or insects busy with their daily tasks.
Step 2
Wide-angle lenses designed for landscape and architecture photography. The viewing angle in them is large enough, which allows you to get a beautiful picture. They shouldn't take pictures of people, as the lens creates strong distortion at the edges of the frame, which negatively affects the proportions of people.
Step 3
Telephoto lenses. Lenses with a fairly narrow angle of view, but they allow you to shoot at long distances. This property can be especially useful when photographing wild animals or birds, which are problematic to approach.
Step 4
Portrait lenses. They do not create distortions at the edges of the frame, they convey the proportions of a person as they really are. Ideal for portraits.
Step 5
Versatile lenses. Combine the ability to work with landscapes, portraits and wildlife. They have no distortion, while having a narrower angle of view than wide-angle lenses and wider than telephoto lenses. If you have not yet decided what exactly you are going to shoot, then the universal lens is your choice.
