Instructions
Step 1
We take a piece of felt of a suitable color, apply glue to the middle and begin to carefully wind the cord. The circle should turn out to be correct and even. Remember to constantly apply glue to the fabric and cord.
Step 2
When the circle is the right size, cut off the cord and carefully glue its tip. Let it dry. Then we cut off the excess fabric around.
Step 3
Now you need to make a satin ribbon bow. Cut off 4 pieces of tape: 21, 20, 17 and 4 cm in length.
Step 4
We glue the ends of each piece of tape into a ring. And then we glue each ring in the middle. We put the resulting blanks on top of each other, starting with the larger one and fasten them in the middle with a short segment.
Step 5
Glue the resulting bow on the circle that we made from the cord. And we glue this whole structure onto the bezel. On the back of the rim, glue a small circle cut out of felt to keep it all tight.
