Brooches can decorate an outfit in almost any style, so you should have a lot of such accessories in your box for different occasions. To save money and enjoy creativity, you can make several beaded brooches with your own hands.
Instructions
Step 1
To make a brooch in the shape of a heart, prepare large pink beads and 13 pearl beads - they should be 2-3 mm larger than the beads. Choose a wire that is thin enough to be passed through the bead 3 times. The length of the wire should be 30 cm.
Step 2
Take the pearl bead. Slide it over the wire and center it approximately. Then pass the left end of the working thread into 2 more of the same beads, insert the right end towards the left. Tighten the wire. Perform the next rows in the same technique - inserting the ends of the wire towards each other. The third row should consist of two large beads at the edges and two small beads in the middle.
Step 3
Then cast on one pearl, 4 pink and pearl again. Make the fifth row exactly the same. Then put two large beads on the left wire, pass the thread through the beads of the previous row and leave it on the side. Also attach two beads to the right wire. Finish the lowering by putting one bead on each end of the working thread. On the seamy side of the brooch, attach a small pin with the remaining pieces of wire.
Step 4
In this way, brooches of almost any shape can be made. For example, assemble a flower from petals of different colors and sizes, fixing them around a core bead.
Step 5
Beads can become an integral part of a brooch made of fabric. Cut out an oval or circle from any material that holds its shape well to the size of the jewelry you want. Fold the two pieces right side up and sew, leaving a small opening to turn out. Fill the turned-out workpiece with padding polyester. Embroider this pillow with beads.
Step 6
The pattern can be thought up and drawn in advance or copied from any photo. Attach the beads using a needle-forward stitch or speed up the process by selecting a stitched seam. To create it, string several beads on a thread, lay it along the desired trajectory and secure with small perpendicular stitches imposed after every 3 beads.
