A real enthusiastic fisherman will not be stopped by the winter frosts, he will still collect his box and go to the ice. Fish behaves very differently in winter than in summer, it is weakened by the cold, lack of oxygen and food. Of course, it is better to fish in dry, calm weather, but pike, roach, bream peck well during a thaw, and burbot loves a blizzard with frost.
It is necessary
- - fishing gear;
- - drill.
Instructions
Step 1
For successful fishing in winter, it is not enough to have expensive tackle, to know proven places and good baits. You need to develop fishing tactics. According to the weather conditions, select the object of fishing, the body of water where you will go, and the time. If you know several tactics for different types of fish and different bodies of water, you can quickly react and apply the best one.
Step 2
Fishing for pike in a medium or large lake, river bay with trolleys. This predator hunts from an ambush, find suitable locations. First, fish for individual driftwood closer to deep places and holes. Places where streams and springs flow into the lake may also be promising, because there is more oxygen here even in deep winter. Explore the brows and underwater hills.
Step 3
Fishing is done like this: drill two or three holes at once from different sides so as not to make noise many times. Use a medium spoon. If there is no bite, try a different model of spinner or balancer. So act in all holes, if there is no sense, look for another place.
Step 4
Places for pike fishing on the river in winter - confluence of tributaries, islets, large driftwood, entrances to oxbows and bays, dumps under sandy spits. Take a heavier lure, as you need to take into account the flow.
Step 5
You need to catch pike on the girders in the same places as on the spoon. Place four or five zerlits. At the chosen place, sit on your box and watch, at the same time you can fish with a spoon. Wait about an hour, then gradually move the vents further.
Step 6
Good places for winter fishing, if you want to catch perch with a jig or spoon, are a rare snag, coastal edge, areas near bushes. If the time is approaching spring, look for flocks of perch closer to the shallows. Such fishing will require active play with bait and active search. Drill several holes in front, 17-20 meters apart, and place there fishing rods with bait (jigs, bloodworms) and nods noticeable from afar. As soon as you see a bite, move there.
Step 7
Fishing for silver bream, roach and other white fish with a jig or winter float rods requires other actions. It is difficult to find an active school of such fish in winter. It is better to choose a good promising site and feed it in anticipation of the approach of the flock. If there is no sense for an hour and a half, change your location. It would be tactically correct to feed three or four areas at once at a distance from each other and from time to time move to one of them. Put your fishing rods and see if your bait is eaten, add some food and fish here.
