"Battle of Moscow - 7" is a tournament held under the patronage of the FightNights company. In addition to fights in the ring, according to various rules, an entertainment program is also provided. However, battles are still the highlight of the evening.
So, about the battles. Omsk Sergey Klassen and Magomed "Molodoy" Magomedov took part in the first one. The fight was at first equal, but Magomedov well transferred Klassen to the ground, unleashing a hail of blows on him, but he managed to avoid defeat. Later, Sergei sat down on an opponent, but a gross mistake allowed his Magomed to close the triangle and win.
In the next fight, Ramazan Kurbanismayilov and Sergey Rodnov entered the ring. At the beginning of the battle, the rivals took a long time to "shoot", but Rodnov was more active. Second round: again an almost even fight, Ramazan made a good shot, but was unable to develop the attack. Towards the end of the battle, he again knocked Sergei down, but he quickly found himself in the mount, then inflicting several powerful blows. Rodnov won by the decision of the judges.
Then there were women - Indian Sonia Parab and Italian Maria Rossa Tabusso. The fight was like boxing. The Indian was stronger and justly won by unanimous decision.
The fourth fight - again the rules of boxing. Moscow showmen Peter Gold Sky and Timur Soloviev met. In the first round, Peter dominated, but Timur turned the tide of the battle and won.
Let's go back to MMA. After the showmen, Russian Arsen Aliyev and Belarusian Mikhail Busurmatorov entered the ring. The fight was stopped in the first round, after Aliyev transferred the Belarusian to the ground and literally "shot" him for several minutes. Victory for our fighter.
Then there was a kickboxing match, version R-1. Opponents - Alexander Lipovoy from Russia and Pole Philip Kulavinsky - were shooting in the first round. In the second, our fighter began to put pressure, but the Pole defended perfectly, and the round remained with him. Unexpectedly for Kulavinsky, the judges appointed an additional round - again the Pole was better. But the victory was awarded to Lipovoy, although both his opponent and the audience had a completely different opinion.
The next fight was held according to the MMA rules - Mikael Silander (Finland) and Ali Bagautinov (Russia) met. Ali was stronger, but the Finn defended desperately and even made good counterattacks. However, after the second round, the advantage, quite significant, was possessed by the Russian athlete. He won, and the fight turned out to be very bright.
The next couple of fights were held according to the K-1 rules. Danila Utenkov and Jabar Askerov met in the first. A deserved victory here was won by Jabar, who dominated the entire battle.
In the second fight according to the same rules (K1) and the penultimate one, Belgian Mamudu Keta and Ramazan Ramazanov, nicknamed "Executioner", entered the ring as a result. The last fight of these rivals was for the representative of Belgium, but in this Ramadan took revenge, competently "shooting" the opponent during the whole fight and once knocking him down. The judges unanimously gave the victory to Ramazanov.
The main event of the evening was the fight between Vitaly Minakov and Eddie Sanchez. From the first seconds, Vitaly turned the fight to the ground, but unexpectedly found himself under an opponent, although Sanchez was unable to take advantage of this. The referee lifted the fighters, and after that Minakov made the opponent fall to the floor with the strongest side blow. Deserved victory for Minakov.
