On forums, websites, and online blogs, people use a variety of visual elements to enhance the effect of a written text or comment, show their emotions, and convey something to their readers. Often in messages on the network, there are animated sparkling and shimmering images. It's not difficult to create such an image that you can place in any of your messages on the network - for this you need Photoshop.
Instructions
Step 1
Open the picture you want to make shiny and open it in Photoshop. Then in the layers palette duplicate the original layer (Duplicate Layer). On the duplicate layer, create the effect of an uneven surface of a shiny sticker - to do this, open the Filter menu and choose the Noise> Add Noise option.
Step 2
Set the appropriate noise parameters, both in the duplicate layer and in the original layer. Change the noise parameters a little on both layers to make the effect more interesting. Create two new layers (Create new layer). Then select the Pencil option from the toolbar and set the pencil size to 3 pixels.
Step 3
On one of the empty layers, paint in different sizes and quantities of sparkles. After that, to create highlights, you need a special brush in the form of a lens flare. You can find it in the list of Photoshop brushes, or you can draw it yourself.
Step 4
Draw a cross-shaped highlight with a 1 pixel pencil, then select the Define brush option from the Edit menu. You will have a new element in the brushes palette. To paint highlights, select white and paint the highlights of different sizes in random order over the dots on the new layers. Now go to Adobe Image Ready to animate the image.
Step 5
You will see the storyboard panel, which already contains all the layers of your image in one frame. Open the layers palette and turn off the visibility of all layers, except for the layer with the original image and the first layer with sparkles.
Step 6
Then create another frame by clicking the corresponding button and make visible the other two layers with a duplicate of the original and the second type of sparkles. Adjust the display time of each frame - 0.2 sec is enough. per frame.
Step 7
Click the Play button to view the resulting animation. Save the finished shiny picture in.gif"
