Sugar (fructose, honey) - 2-3 tsp.
For strawberry sorbet we take strawberries and yogurt (or milk). Pour the berries into a blender, put the yogurt there and add granulated sugar to taste. If you like sweets, put 2 tablespoons, you prefer a more natural taste, 2 teaspoons will be enough.
We turn on the blender for 1 minute. First, the berries will hang separately, then the mass will become more even. Ideally, you should get an elastic paste that mixes easily in a blender. Open the lid, if it turns out to be watery, add a little more berries. If it is very thick, the berries are like on the sides of the bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of yogurt (milk, kefir). At the same time, you can take a sample for sugar, if not sweet - add.
Put the resulting fruit and yoghurt puree in a bowl or mold and enjoy the taste and coolness.
