You can ask about this, for example, in the youth policy department of the local administration. Find out under what conditions your new team can start participating in games. Go to a few games, see what other teams are doing. This is important to know in order to assess their level and yours. At first, you probably won't need sponsors, but test the waters and find out which of the entrepreneurs or heads of state enterprises would agree to support your team financially if you take a worthy place in the city championship and get into the next round. If you can get to a higher level, you will need money for travel, stage costumes, and props.

When you start participating in city games, do not forget to keep an eye on what is happening in other cities and areas of your region. Quite often, municipalities organize open KVN championships, in which teams from other places can participate. You can often find out about this on the website of the municipality, as well as in groups of different teams on social networks. There are also festivals in which even beginners can participate. As a rule, famous players are included in the jury, so it is possible that you will be noticed and invited to a major league game or a major festival.
