Often you want to please loved ones and cook a festive dinner, but there is not enough time for this. However, if you choose the right dishes that you will serve to the table, standing at the stove can take no more than half an hour.
It is necessary
- - spaghetti
- - a clove of garlic
- - olive oil
- - tomatoes
- - canned tuna
- - oregano
- - basil
- - carrot
- - cabbage
- - canned pineapple
- - canned corn
- - Apple
- - cucumber
- - mayonnaise
- - White wine.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti immediately. Put half a packet (for two servings) in boiling water and leave to simmer over low heat. Remember to stir them occasionally while you cook the tuna.
Step 2
Put the skillet on fire. While it is heating, take a clove of garlic and peel it.
Step 3
Pour olive oil into a hot frying pan (in the absence of olive oil, you can replace it with sunflower oil) and put a clove of garlic. You need to fry the garlic until its color turns golden. It will take you no more than five minutes.
Step 4
While the garlic is browning, take the tomatoes (small cherry tomatoes are best) and peel them. Then chop finely.
Step 5
Once the garlic clove has turned golden, carefully remove it from the pan and discard. Place the chopped tomatoes in a skillet and roast them for about five minutes, covered with a lid.
Step 6
Open a can of tuna and place it in a skillet with the tomatoes. Stir, cover and let sit for another two minutes.
Step 7
While the tuna is cooking, add salt to the spaghetti and discard them in a colander. Wait for the water to drain from them, and then place in a skillet with tuna and stir well. Your main dish is ready. Now spaghetti with tuna can be laid out on plates, garnished with herbs - basil and oregano.
Step 8
No holiday dinner is complete without a salad. Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the bowl with the cabbage. Add finely chopped cucumber and apple, add chopped canned pineapple slices and add a jar of corn. Season with salt to taste, season with mayonnaise and stir.
Step 9
Place a bottle of chilled white wine on the table. Your holiday dinner, which took you only half an hour to prepare, is ready.
