Step 1
Depending on the purpose for which you need a calendar, you need to choose a program for its design. You can create a simple calendar using the standard Microsoft Office Word program. When creating a new document, select a template from those already available in the program or download it.

When the template is loaded into the editing program, take a good look at it. Anything you want to change, change. This can be the size of the sheet, the display of fonts, their color. Add the dates you wanted by highlighting them with color, typeface.
Step 3
In addition to the text, photos and images are changed in the template. Select an existing picture, the "Picture Tools" window will appear. Here you can easily edit an existing image (rotation, resizing, position on the page, etc.). By clicking on the "Insert" menu, add the picture or photo that you have prepared for the calendar. Place it on your calendar page.
Step 4
If you are satisfied with the result, save the calendar as a regular document. If you want to keep it in your templates, click "Save As" and save as a template.

It is even easier to make a calendar using the specially created free program ACG-free (Advanced Calendar Generator). It has a small size, does not require installation, and is Russified. The program is so easy to use that it does not require any additional explanations. Open it, select the desired settings: year, columns, language, etc. All changes are immediately visible on the calendar field. In additional settings (column on the right), set the desired colors, holidays, date blocks, etc.
Step 6
The created calendar is saved in rtf, txt, html format. This makes it possible to place it on the pages of your site. And you can immediately transfer the created file to Word (F12 or the "Export calendar to MS Word" button), where you can additionally edit it to your liking, add design, pictures.
Step 7
For a more colorful design, use Photoshop or another similar program to your liking.
