Take a deep breath and, as you exit, send all the energy into your hands. Imagine that you are sculpting a snowball from pure white sparkling energy, which, when you inhale, rises from the bowels of the Earth, when you hold your breath, it reaches your crown and rushes into Space. And when you exhale, the purest stream of snow-white energy pours on you from the Cosmos. It goes through the crown of your head, goes to your wrists and from the center of your palms swirls into a ball.
Step 6
When the ball reaches the desired volume, you will need to program it. Imagine a golden ray that you charge with your strength and will. This ray should penetrate the ball and endow it with your program.

Now remove one hand. The ball must not disappear. Put your hand back in place and feel for it. Do the same with the other hand. You should be clear about the boundaries of the ball. Put it in one hand, then in the other. If you feel it, then it is ready.
