Instructions
Step 1
Start knitting the toy from its hind legs. Tie a ring and tie it with posts. Knit the second row with double stitches in each stitch of the previous row. In total, there should be 12 columns in the second row. In the third row, work one stitch in each stitch in the second row. Knitting should go up.
Step 2
Knit the fourth row by two bows. In total, knit 12 stitches in this way. Then change the thread to the color that the kitten's pants will be knitted with. To do this, grab a new yarn with a crochet hook and pull it through the last loop of white yarn. In a spiral, knit 12 stitches with a new thread.
Step 3
Tie five rows and break off the thread. Tighten the last loop. The first foot is finished. Now knit the second one. Make a chain loop, pass it through the work loop to move to the next row. Tie four stitches.
Step 4
Connect both legs by tying a post between them. In total, tie three more posts to firmly connect the legs together. Move to the body of the toy. Knit in a spiral. In the first row, knit the outermost posts that connect the legs. Tie a few more rows in a spiral, and then stuff the kitten's legs with holofiber. Change the thread color to start knitting the sweater.
Step 5
Use new thread to tie six rows. In the seventh row, make subtractions. To do this, thread the hook into the next column, while grabbing the thread and pulling it through the column. Then thread the hook into a new post and pull the thread. Decrease until there are three stitches left on the hook.
Step 6
Pull the thread through the remaining three loops. Next, knit by knitting the fourth and fifth stitches together. In the next row, subtract even more - knit together every 3 loops. Secure the thread with a column. A hole will appear in the workpiece, through which fill the body with holofiber.
Step 7
Start knitting the front legs. Tie the first row of six columns and knit in a spiral. In every second column of the previous row, knit two columns together. Work three more rows. Cut the thread and secure it. Tie the second foot in the same way.
Step 8
Tie the tail. In the first row, tie the ring with five posts. Then knit seven rows without adding or subtracting. Secure the thread.
Step 9
Start knitting the head. Tie a ball from ordinary posts. Fill your head with holofiber through the hole, close the hole with posts. Tie the cat's ears and face separately. Sew them, as well as the beaded nose and eyes, to the head. Knitted cat toy is ready.
