Step 1

Create a new 695 x 710 px document in Photoshop. Fill the background with black. Select a large (about 500px) soft brush and place a white point in the middle. Reduce the opacity of the layer to 50%.

Select the Pen Tool and draw a heart with it. Go to the Gradient Overlay layer, set the following settings:

In the Stroke block, set the following settings:

Position - Outside

Select the Pen Tool again and draw a second heart. Apply the same settings to it as you did to the first one.

Draw a horn with the Pen Tool. Apply the following settings to this layer:

Gradient - set the gradient from black to white

Style - Linear

Angle - -8

Scale - 111%

Stroke:

Size - 1

Position - Outside

Blend mode - Normal

Step 6

On the other hand, draw a horn too, apply the following settings to this layer:

Gradient - set the gradient from black to white

Style - Linear

Angle - 98

Scale - 111%

Position - Outside

Step 7

Over one of the hearts, using the Ellipse Tool, draw an ellipse halo. Set Fill to 0%, apply the following layer settings:

Noize - 0%

Choose a light yellow color.

Technique - softer

Spread - 15%

Size - 57

Range - 50%

Jitter - 50%

In the Inner Glow masonry:
