Instructions
Step 1
Remove the wooden stand from the machine, which is attached with a bar and a screw. To do this, unscrew the screw (but not completely), remove the wooden strip and disconnect the machine from the support that supports it.
Step 2
Move the needle towards the hook: it should be on the prick, but at the same time, do not touch the hook, so as not to create strong pressure.
Step 3
Gently pull out the bobbin case and remove the hook from it. Examine the shuttle for nicks and scratches. If there are any, file the defective part of the hook with a file.
Step 4
Insert the hook into place.
Step 5
Secure the wooden stand by carefully tightening the screw. Do not over-tighten the screw as this can cause cracks in the wooden stand.
