The fridge magnet is one of the most common New Year gifts. Of course, this New Year's attribute can be bought in almost any store, but it is much more pleasant to receive a handmade magnet as a gift.
It is necessary
- - cardboard;
- - shreds of felt fabric (white, orange, black and red);

- - magnet.
Instructions
Step 1
To begin with, on a sheet of cardboard, you need to draw a pattern for the future figure of a snowman, consisting of two circles of different sizes, a carrot nose and handles in the form of twigs. Cut out the resulting template for making the body of a snowman and cut out a white fabric on it.
Step 2
Sew together the parts cut from felt fabric using hand stitch. Do not forget to leave a small hole for filling the snowman figure with padding polyester. After the New Year's craft is filled, the hole should be sewn up.
Step 3
We cut out handles in the form of twigs from black fabric, sew two parts together and tightly fill the product with padding polyester. Sew the finished handles to the body of the snowman.
Step 4
Next, you can start making hats and mittens for a snowman. To do this, we cut out two mittens from red felt fabric, put them on top of each other and sew, leaving a small hole. We fill the mitten with padding polyester filler, after which we sew up the hole. We make the second mitten using the same principle. Sew the finished mittens to the hands. Then we cut out a red felt hat for the snowman and sew it to the head.
Step 5
From orange felt fabric we cut out two parts in the form of a carrot, sew them together, fill with padding polyester and sew to the snowman's face.
Step 6
The eyes of a homemade snowman can be made from ordinary buttons by sewing on their face, and a smile can be drawn using a red marker or felt-tip pen.
Step 7
It remains only to glue the finished snowman figurine to the magnet of the desired size and the original New Year's souvenir is ready.
