Most of the work in beading can be done by hand, but a special machine can not only simplify your work, but also add several additional techniques to your arsenal.
It is necessary
- 4 metal corners;
- 2 metal plates with holes;
- 4 long bolts;
- 16 nuts;
- Wool thread or fabric;
- Wrenches for nuts;
- Paint (acrylic);
- Varnish.
Instructions
Step 1
Screw the nut onto the bolt. Note that the length of the bolt determines the size of the machine: it is for this reason that it is important to find as long parts as possible. Put on the metal plate and corner. Take another nut and tighten the structure.
Step 2
Repeat the same operations with the other corner. Tilt the corners slightly in relation to the plates. Later, when you work, it will be much more convenient for you. Connect a couple of corners.
Step 3
Insert bolts and nuts into the other pair of corners. Connect both halves. Check that all parts are held firmly and evenly in relation to each other.
Step 4
Degrease metal parts of the machine with industrial alcohol or thinner. Take acrylic and paint all parts with a thin layer of paint. After 4-5 hours, apply a second coat, then at regular intervals a third. After that, wait until the paint is completely dry. Apply as thin and transparent a layer as possible to help the paint dry quickly. If desired, apply a subtle pattern to some parts selectively or to all.
Step 5
Apply two coats of varnish at the same frequency. The first time it should be barely noticeable, just a little shine. Wait until it is completely dry.
Step 6
Wind thread or fabric around the bolt above the horizontal frame. During operation, it will exclude slipping of the product thread.
Step 7
Test the machine operation with one of the recently launched products. Wind the threads from the beginning onto the protruding bolt.
