Go as an apprentice to a professional on your list. You have to learn very quickly. Such growth is only possible under the guidance of a mentor. Don't be embarrassed by your age or entry-level. Your love for the job will "infect" the mentor and he will transfer the best skills to you.
Step 4
For some reason, a person may refuse you right away. This shouldn't stop you. Go to another person on the list. Visit everyone until you find the Master. Refusals are a test of your persistence. Each time you will be more convincing. After going through such difficulties, you will not stop until you achieve what you want.
