Natalya Nikolaevna Platitsyna is a singer, artist, poet. She was spoken of as a new star performing her songs in a style close to folk rock. In the 1990s, together with Vladimir Sushko Natalia created the group "07". Someone else remembers the song “Hey, light the candles, stand under the image!” Written by Natalia. But not everyone knows that she has not been with us for a long time.
Natalia Platitsyna lived a short but bright life. She wrote poetry and pictures, performed at concerts with her group, hosted television programs, participated in fashion shows at the V. Yudashkin House as a model, and was a teacher at a rock and roll school in Minsk.
Childhood and youth
The biography of Natalia Platitsyna began in the city of Dushanbe, where her family lived. Almost nothing is known about her childhood, except that the girl was very talented and early began to write poetry, study music and dance.
After school, Natalya came to Leningrad, where she entered the Pedagogical Institute and graduated from it as an external student. At the same time, Natalia is educated at the theater school of I. Rakhlin.
Creative way
A year later, in Arkhangelsk, Platitsyna meets musician Vladimir Sushko and together they organize the group "07". At first they were going to perform exclusively pop music, but gradually their repertoire changed.
In 1989, the group completely moved to Leningrad and began to record the first compositions on a tape recorder. The style of music was closer to folk-rock, although the repertoire included both rock-n-roll and pop melodies and songs, as well as reggae, rock ballads and Russian folklore. In those years, Platitsyna began to be called the "new Aguzarova" because of some similarity of voices, but the singer's work and her deep poems were not like what Aguzarova was doing.
The collective became widely known in 1990 after the group performed at a concert in the Jubilee Sports Center, where a video was shot for the song "Hey, light the candles" written by Natalia and Vladimir. After the video was shown on television, Natalia gained a lot of fans, and her musical career went up. A year later, "07" performed at the New Year's Blue Light and recorded several records.
Since the beginning of the tour, the band undergoes constant changes. Many musicians leave the line-up, and only in 1994 the team stabilized. In the same year, Natalia, together with the group, recorded the next album "Soul", and a year later - "The Uninvited Guest". The albums were very popular during the band's existence, but were never reissued again.
Early departure
The next release of the album was already planned when the sad news came about Natalya's sudden death: her heart stopped.
They said that she was fond of extreme spiritual and mystical practices, but this information remained at the level of rumors. Although the mystical event took place immediately after the departure of the singer. A few days after her death, a friend called Vladimir, with whom Platitsyna was also friends, and said that Natalya sends everyone her greetings and her new poem "Nightingale". At first, Sushko decided that the girl was simply not herself, but she said that, waking up at night, she saw Natalia above her, who dictated poetry to her. Vladimir argued that the style, syllable, intonation completely coincided with the lifetime work of Platitsyna. He wrote the music and decided that the new song should be performed only by Alla Pugacheva or no one.
Natalia was forgotten almost immediately after her death, and it still remains a mystery why such a talented singer is consigned to oblivion. Her songs are not performed, albums are not reissued, and it is impossible to find her discs on sale.
In the 1990s, a collection of the singer's poems was published, some of which were included in the anthology of Russian poetry, and an exhibition of her paintings was held, four of which appeared in the international catalog.
Many people know the song "My World", which was performed by Kristina Orbakaite, but not everyone knows that the verses were written by Natalia Platitsyna, and the music - by Vladimir Sushko.
The group "07" broke up after the death of Natalia Platitsyna, and only in 2004 Sushko reassembled the famous band and released an album dedicated to the magnificent singer.
