Counter-strike is a cult series of games in which for a long time everyone finds something of their own. Fans of team play here improve their tactical interaction skills, and solo masters learn to survive in the virtual world. It is the latter who often ask themselves the question of how to quickly turn off the team chat in the game.

Instructions
Step 1
To disable chat in Counter-strike, start the game, create a map and start a battle. The easiest way to disable chat will take a trained player no more than half a minute of playing time, so you don't have to worry about a lost battle.
Step 2
With the game started, enter the Counter-strike console panel. To do this, click on the "~" button on your keyboard. In this case, a console is a window for displaying system messages and receiving commands; in the game it pops up at the top of the screen.
Step 3
In the console that appears on the screen, enter the following text without quotes and additional punctuation marks: "hud_saytext 0", then press the Enter button. This system command will disable chat for the entire game session. The console is turned off by pressing the "~" button on the keyboard again.
Step 4
If you need to enable chat, call the console again and write the command "hud_saytext 0" in it. The chat settings will return to default, and the lines of other players will be visible to you as well.
