Take a mind's eye view of your entire body. Physically, you will feel that some muscles are tense. Relax them with an effort of will.

Do breathing exercises. If you know the breathing techniques of Strelnikova or Frolov, then that's great. If not, just inhale and exhale several times. This should be a deep breath, in which the entire space of your chest is easily and freely filled. For example, imagine that you are inhaling the scent of a rose.

Do an exercise that will allow you to learn to distance yourself from everything that is happening around you. The exercise is called "public loneliness" and was invented by the great director Konstantin Stanislavsky. So, mentally draw a circle in which you and some objects of your environment fall. Exist only within this circle, not paying attention to what is outside of it. Keep in mind that the narrower the circle, the closer you are in it, and the wider, the easier it is to be distracted by outsiders. Draw such a circle around you every time you are uncomfortable, you are ashamed of something. It will immediately become easier for you, you will switch to your inner experiences.

Step 5

Turn on a karaoke disc and start singing. Think about what you are singing. If the song is about love, then remember how you first fell in love, how you saw off your beloved from school, how you watched her at the entrance. For example, everyone has their own memories. When your thoughts are occupied with the experience of what you are singing about, you have no time to be embarrassed. You sing freely and at ease.
