A glass bottle itself is an unpretentious thing, but in your hands it can become a real work of art. To transform, you need your imagination and desire to decorate the interior by adding an unusual little thing. You will surprise your friends and acquaintances by casually showing them an old "new" wine bottle.

It is necessary

  • A bottle, better colored;
  • stained glass paints;
  • contour for glass;
  • plate;
  • foil;
  • the gel pen;
  • brush;
  • two pieces of styrofoam
  • hairdryer.

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare a bottle. Place it in hot water for a few minutes to remove the label and remove any traces of glue. Degrease the surface with alcohol.

Step 2

Draw on the glass with a gel pen. Its color should be as close as possible to the color of the outline, in this case - gold. Step away from the bottom of the bottle upwards 2.5 cm. Draw a flower, for example, pansies Ø 4 - 5 cm. Mark out the core of the flower, add one small petal from the sides, as if drawing a bow. At the top and bottom of the core, add one petal larger in size than the side ones.

Step 3

Take a golden outline for the glass and circle the drawing. Now draw leaves below and above the flower with a gel pen. Outline them. While the outline of the flower and leaves dries up, next to them, draw the next flower and leaves to it. So shape the bottle around the entire circumference.

Step 4

So that paint does not drip from the surface of the bottle, and it is convenient to paint, it is necessary to fix it in one position. Use styrofoam for this. Take the two pieces of Styrofoam left over from your home appliance purchase. Place them on a horizontal work surface, one opposite the other. On one piece at the top of the edge, make a notch with a knife in order to insert the neck of the bottle, and on the opposite - a cut for the bottom. Secure the bottle. As the paint dries, you will need to rotate the bottle.

Step 5

Wrap the plate with foil to dilute the paint. If the bottle to be painted is dark, then add a drop of white to the paints to make them lose their transparency. Paint one petal at a time, removing excess paint flowing into the corners of the contour with a napkin. Dry each element with a hairdryer, then the work will go faster.

Step 6

Color the upper petals of each flower in yellow, the lower ones in lilac. While the newly applied paint is drying on the petals, use a toothpick to apply folds and antennae on them with a golden outline. Merging these strokes into the paint will add liveliness to the drawing.

Step 7

Following the same sequence, apply small leaves around the entire circumference of the bottle hanger.
