Drawing a flower like a rose is not an easy task. After all, the plant has many petals of all kinds of sizes and shapes, which are woven into a bud. When drawing a rose, first of all, you need to pay special attention to highlights and shadows, only by placing them correctly, the flower will look like a real one.
It is necessary
- - album sheet;
- - two simple pencils (hard and soft);
- - eraser.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to draw a small circle, the size of which is equal to the width of the bud and half of its height. Next, draw two lines up from it (their length is the length of the circle) and connect them in the upper part with an arc. Thus, the contours of the future flower will be obtained.
Step 2
Next, you need to try to draw two petals located on both sides of the bud, arrange the upper edges of the petals (the edges must be "torn").
Step 3
The next stage is a clearer drawing of the petals. At this stage, it is necessary to draw the petals as clearly and believably as possible, only in this case the flower will ultimately look like a real one.
Step 4
After the contour drawing is ready, you can begin to design highlights and shadows. First, they must be depicted on the left side of the flower.
Step 5
After that, you need to draw the sepals and the stem. Three to four sepals will suffice.
Step 6
Next, you need to continue the image of highlights and shadows on the flower. Make all the contour lines darker, and the middle part of the bud with lighter ones.
Step 7
The most interesting, but rather difficult, is the design of the upper part of the petals. To do this, you need to take a soft pencil, attach it to the top of the petal and draw a stroke downward, trying to press the pencil only at the very beginning. Thus, arrange all the petals (their upper part).
Step 8
The final step is to create shadows on the stem and sepals. The rose is ready.
