Every woman wants to have a lot of bags that match certain outfits in her wardrobe. However, far from all girls can often afford to buy new accessories. There is a way out of this situation: you can decorate your old, unremarkable handbag, thus making it stylish, fashionable and interesting.
If your bag is made of a soft material, such as denim, then there should be no problem with decoration.
For summer, you can decorate a denim bag in a nautical style. To do this, simply take pieces of suede or leather, cut out shapes from them in the form of anchors, fish and the like, cut and sew them to the bag using floss threads, placing them where you prefer. Finally, tie a string to the handle.
If your handbag is made of light denim, then it can be painted with special paints. To do this, purchase acrylic paints on the fabric, put cardboard inside the bag and draw on the outside of the accessory any pattern you wish (first, it is advisable to draw it with a pencil). Let the drawing dry, then put a cotton cloth on it and iron it with a hot iron.
The easiest way to decorate a bag is to glue appliques to it. These can be purchased at any fabric store. If you want to make an applique with your own hands, then there is nothing easier. Take pieces of felt (or any other material with non-flowing edges), paint, for example, flowers on them, cut out and glue to the bag using hot glue.
If you have a lot of free time, then a denim bag can be decorated with embroidery with colored threads or beads. To do this, draw a pattern with a simple pencil on the bag itself, and then carefully embroider this pattern. Drawing schemes are currently not a problem to find on the Internet: use them.
