SUNLIGHT is a chain of jewelry stores, founded in 1995, and now includes 250 stores throughout the country. For buyers, the SUNLIGHT Club is organized, whose members receive discounts, access to promotions and a bonus card on which points for purchases will be accumulated.
To become a member of the SUNLIGHT Club and receive a card, the buyer needs to register: fill out an application form at the store's checkout. In it, you will need to indicate reliable data in the "about yourself" section and contacts for communication.
After the card is issued, the buyer must sign it. By this, he agrees to the processing of personal data and accepts the rules of the program. The card will be linked to the phone number indicated in the application form. A code will be sent to this number, which will need to be reported to the store employee. If later the phone number changes, then the buyer will have to apply for re-registration of the card.
A prerequisite for receiving a bonus card is the buyer's age - at least 16 years. They can refuse for one of three reasons:
· The client has violated the rules of participation in the program;
· The client has abused the privileges of the SUNLIGHT Club;
· The client has filled out the questionnaire incorrectly or entered incorrect data.
And each client can issue only one card. If he buys two or more, all cards will be blocked, and their bonuses will be canceled.
A bonus account is linked to the card. After the customer buys something in the SUNLIGHT store, 5% of the purchase amount will be returned to this account. Points are transferred the next day after purchase. You can use them to pay with bonuses 10% of the value of the jewelry. However, if a client buys something for a stock, i.e. the price of the product has been reduced, no bonuses are given for this.
Points are calculated from the account 1 bonus = 1 rub. And you can spend them even months after the purchase. But if the client has not used the card for more than a year, all his bonuses will be canceled.
SUNLIGHT issues three types of cards: gift, electronic gift certificate and rechargeable bonus card. The gift card has a face value of 500 to 50,000 rubles. Its validity period is a year after purchase; the amount on the card can be used to pay for one or several goods. An electronic certificate is sent by e-mail, its face value is from 300 to 30,000 rubles. The certificate is suitable for online purchases, and in order to pay with it in the store, you need to print it. The bonus card, as mentioned, is issued through a questionnaire.
To accumulate and use bonuses of the SUNLIGHT chain of stores, you need:
1. Buy goods in SUNLIGHT and present a bonus card at the checkout before paying. If you buy without a card, the bonus will not be credited.
2. Bonuses are awarded as a welcome to a new client - 1000 pieces. They can also pay off for a fraction of the cost of jewelry.
3. During the period of special promotions, cardholders can get a 70% discount on jewelry. In the SUNLIGHT catalog, these promotional products are highlighted in color.
SUNLIGHT bonuses can also be obtained using a mobile application, which must be downloaded from the APP-store. After registration, you will need to activate the discount, and how a new client will be given 2000 points for this. You can use them to pay in the SUNLIGHT online store. In addition, bonuses are also awarded for online purchases. And for attracting new customers, the buyer will receive:
· 250 points for every 10 people he brought to register in the application;
· 250 points for the first purchase that the referred friend will make, but only if this friend has already bought in SUNLIGHT before;
· 250 points for the purchase of an attracted client in the amount of 1000 rubles or more, if he bought a piece of jewelry a month after registration.
And the promo code, which gives the buyer a 70 percent discount, comes to the phone number indicated by the cardholder in the questionnaire. With this code, you can buy jewelry in a real store or order them online.
To check the balance on the bonus card, you need to either go to your personal account on the official website, or call the hotline - 8-800-775-2222. The call is free. And the third way is an SMS message with the text 585 to the number 2420. It is only necessary to send it from the number to which the card is linked. The cost of such an SMS is determined according to the tariffs of the mobile operator.
If the buyer has lost the bonus card, he must act in this way:
· Call the SUNLIGHT hotline phone number;
· After that, the card will be suspended, and you will need to get a new card in any of the Sunlight stores.
You cannot withdraw money from the SUNLIGHT bonus card, as well as transfer it to any other cards.
