The tradition of drawing wall newspapers at school is already quite old, but even now it does not lose its relevance. Firstly, such educational activities are much more interesting than standard exercises, and secondly, the wall newspaper can be cognitive in nature and helps to better perceive the educational material.
It is necessary
- - large Whatman paper;
- - printouts of texts or clippings from newspapers and magazines;
- - Pictures;
- - glue and scissors;
- - accessories for drawing.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose a topic for your newspaper. Most often, newspapers are asked to draw for a particular event, so the teacher assigns topics. But if you are free to choose a topic yourself, then think about what might really be interesting. A newspaper on the topic "Alternating vowels at the root" will not be interesting to read. But the history of the Russian language, unknown facts about the language, all kinds of language problems are already much better. In the lower grades, a wall newspaper can be a wonderful reminder on one topic or another. For example, if the topic "Verb" is being studied, you can depict the signs of the verb in different forms (city, house, islands, etc.). Then they will be assimilated much faster.
Step 2
Pick up the material. The material should be interesting, unusual, taken not from a textbook, but from additional sources. Think over the concept of the newspaper. What it will be - entertaining, informational, campaigning or all together. For an entertaining newspaper, interesting facts, language games, puzzles and jokes are suitable, but not large texts. Texts can be used in an information newspaper, but not too many. Dilute the text with diagrams and diagrams to make it easier to perceive the information. When selecting material, do not forget that you are making a newspaper in Russian, therefore no mistakes in the texts are allowed.
Step 3
Design your newspaper. Try to make the design of the newspaper meet several requirements:
- it was beautiful and pleasant, without unreadable words and sloppy cut out pictures;
- corresponded to the chosen topic: for example, if you are making a newspaper about the Old Russian language, the background can be decorated like a birch bark, and the font can be chosen stylized for the era;
- Allowed to use your newspaper for a long time: fragile elements holding on to the glue may fall off, and then your newspaper will not be shown to the next generation of students.
