Want to please your child, but don't know how to portray your favorite Disney characters? It is enough to choose an original picture, calculate the proportions and draw Elsa from "Frozen" and her sister Anna on paper using colored pencils.
It is necessary
- - paper;
- - original image with Anna and Elsa from "Frozen";
- - plain and colored pencils;
- - eraser;
- - black liner or gel pen.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to draw Elsa from Frozen and her sister Anna, you must first prepare a sketchy pencil sketch. Look carefully at the selected original image, trying to repeat the proportions and arrangement of the girls on paper. Determine the middle, Elsa will occupy the left side of the sheet, and Anna will occupy the right. Start drawing characters from the head. Make sure that the line of the eyes runs exactly in the middle of the face, and the nose ends at the center arc of the lower part of the face, as shown in the picture below. By keeping the scale, it is quite easy to make the character look like the original.
Step 2
Start sketching out the facial features, paying attention to the shape of the eyebrows and lips, eyelashes and hairstyle. Try to replicate the facial expressions shown by Elsa and Anna in the image below. The more detailed you work on the sketch, the more accurate the drawing will be. Don't forget to lightly shade the shadows to add volume to the face and hair in the drawing.
Step 3
After you are happy with the result of the pencil image, erase the guidelines and auxiliary lines, take colored pencils and start coloring with Elsa so as not to smudge the drawing. Try to avoid pressing hard to make the transitions between colors look more natural, especially on the face.
Step 4
Elsa and Anna have very bright big eyes, so you can safely use a liner or a black gel pen for eyelashes and eyeliners. Elsa's hair can be painted with a yellow shade, and for Anna's red braids, yellow, orange and brown pencils are suitable. For skin, you can choose pink and flesh tone or orange without pressing hard. Do not forget to leave white highlights in the eyes, and draw the iris with blue and light blue pencils to make the look more expressive. Following these recommendations, you can draw heroes without much difficulty, even for novice artists.
