Perhaps, there are no people on our planet who would not believe in miracles. For example, many are looking forward to such a phenomenon as a starfall in order to make a wish, which, according to legend, must be fulfilled in the near future.
In general, starfalls occur annually at about the same time (there are only minor deviations), so now you can find out when these phenomena will occur in 2015.
The first shower of stars can be seen from the first day of the beginning of the year. The stream of meteorites of Quantaris, the source of which is the constellation Bootes, will be from December 28, 2014 to January 7, 2015. Its peak is the night of January 3-4.
The second shower of stars can be seen on January 16 and 17. The source of this phenomenon is the constellation Cancer.
The third shower of stars can be seen in the spring, namely from April 16 to April 25. The source of this phenomenon is the constellation Lyra. Starfall in the Northern Hemisphere will be clearly visible on the night of April 22-23.
The fourth starfall, called Aquaris, which originates from the constellation Aquarius, can be observed from April 28 to May 5, 2015. Its peak is before sunrise.
The fifth starfall (Orionid stream) will also take place on May 5. Its source is Halley's comet.
The sixth starfall (stream of Arietida) can be observed from the end of May (22nd) but the beginning of July (2nd). In the Northern Hemisphere, the peak of this flow is on June 8, and in the Southern Hemisphere on May 30.
It is worth noting that this starfall has little activity.
The Seventh Starfall - the Perseid meteor shower - is the most famous phenomenon. It can be observed for more than a month, namely from July 17 to August 24, and from anywhere in the world. Its peak is on 12 August.
The eighth Starfall (Draconids) can only be admired in October (from 2 to 16).
The ninth starfall will take place immediately after the previous one (from October 16 to October 21). This phenomenon will become one of the brightest in 2015, the peak of activity is the night from 20 to 21 October.
From October 20 to November 30, you can watch the starfalls of Taurida (peak on the night of November 5) and Leonids (peak on the night of November 12).
It should be noted that these phenomena in 2015 will be poorly visible.
The eleventh shower of stars (December 2-15) can be observed in the Northern Hemisphere. The peak of the Geminida stream is the night from 13 to 14.
The last in 2015 - the Orionids meteor shower will take place on the night of December 22. It can be seen exclusively in the Northern Hemisphere.
