Oleg 1 was born in 1929 in the Amur region in the city of Blagoveshchensk. Father - a career officer of the Red Army, a participant in the Civil, and then the Great Patriotic War - mother - a teacher.
Oleg was the third and youngest child in the family. Oleg's elder brother Boris after school became a military man, a fighter pilot. During the war he died heroically in the battles of Stalingrad.
Middle brother Gleb is an artist. In 1941 he went to the front, but in the very first battle he received a concussion and was discharged. It was Gleb who, after the war, persuaded his younger brother Oleg to become an actor in theater and cinema.
At the age of six, together with his mother and father, Oleg arrives in Moscow, where he enters a comprehensive school. And in 1941, when the war began, and the boy was 12 years old, he went to work in the film processing workshop. There he also received a specialty as a mechanic in cinema equipment and later decided to become an actor.
During the war he studied for a prop at the Theater School of Art and Technology, and after the war he graduated from the Shchukin Higher Theater School.
After working for a year in Tallinn, Oleg moved to Leningrad, and a year later - to Moscow, where in 1957 he got a job at the Theater-Studio of a film actor.
In 1955 he gained all-Union popularity, playing the main role in the film "The Gadfly". His partner in the film was Marianna Bebutova, whom he fell in love with and made his wife.
Over the years, the actor has developed the role of a romantic hero of Soviet cinema, and his external resemblance to the popular French actor Gerard Philippe only added to his popularity.
In the memory of directors and fellow actors, he was remembered as a demanding and capricious actor. If he agreed to shoot in the next film, it was only in the lead role. On tour I always chose the best hotels in the city.
Completed his film career in 1987. But in 200 and 2004 he again appeared on the screens in two films.

During the Great Patriotic War, she studied at the Shchepkin Theater School, which she graduated in 1947. Upon graduation, she got a job at the Moscow Drama Theater named after Mossovet, where she worked for 10 years.
In 1957 she moved to the State Theater-Studio of Film Actor.
She began acting in films in 1950. First, under her maiden name. In 1955, on the set of the film "The Gadfly", she met her future husband, Oleg Strizhenov. Participation in this film was a turning point not only in the actress's personal life, but also in her career. The main role in "The Gadfly" brought Marianne all-Union fame.
In total, during her career, Strizhenova played in 19 performances and starred in 24 films. The last role in the film was performed in 1988 at the age of 64.
In 1956, Marianna and Oleg are getting married, and a year later, in 1957, they have a daughter, Natalya. Subsequently, in 1987, Natasha will give birth to Strizhenov's granddaughter, Alexandra, and she, in turn, will give birth to four more great-grandchildren.
The joint life of Oleg and Marianna lasted more than 10 years. They broke up only in 1968, when their daughter was eleven. For a long time, Oleg, at the insistence of Marianne, did not communicate with his daughter, but he always tried to help her as much as he could.
In 2002, Natalya Strizhenova, the daughter of Oleg and Marianna, passed away. And in 2003, after her daughter, Marianna herself died, unable to bear the grief.
Lyubov Strizhenova

In 2008, Lyubov Strizhenova went to the Kiev-Nikolaevsky convent under the name of mother Judith.
