Step 1
Any pattern can be used for the raglan line (elastic band, lace, plait, etc.). Until the end of the raglan line (when it is knitted according to calculation), that is, until the desired width of the back, front and sleeves is reached, knit all the details at the same time, and it is better to knit the raglan with circular knitting needles.
Step 2
Calculation of the number of loops for all sizes: divide the total number of loops into 3 parts (back, front, two sleeves), then the part for the sleeves by 2 more, add the remaining loops to the front loops, take the loops for the raglan line from the sleeve loops.
Step 3
Start the calculation and breakdown of the loops into individual parts immediately from the neck. Add loops on each side of the raglan line. Connecting lines in raglan 4. In total, add 8 loops in a row (2 near each raglan line).
Step 4
Let's consider an example of calculating the required number of loops. For example, in 1 cm 2, 5 loops. Measure the circumference of the neck, for example 16 cm. Multiply 16 by 2.5 loops, you get 40 loops.
Step 5
Now count: 40: 3 (13 loops for the back, 13 loops for two sleeves, 14 loops for the front). From 13 stitches for two sleeves, subtract 4 stitches for the raglan line and divide the remainder (9 stitches) into 2 parts. Add the odd loop to the front loops.
Step 6
Type on the knitting needles in the following sequence: knit 7 for the right front, 1 knit for the raglan line, 4 knit for the right sleeve, 1 knit for the raglan line, 14 knit for the back, 1 knit for the raglan line, 4 knit for the left sleeve, 1 knit loop for raglan line, knit 7 for left front
Step 7
Knit in the following sequence:
1st row and all knit: knit 7 for the right side of the front, yarn, knit 1 for the raglan line, yarn, 4 knit for the right sleeve, yarn, 1 knit for the raglan line, yarn, knit 13 for the back, yarn, 1 purl for the raglan line, yarn, 4 front for the left sleeve, yarn, 1 back for the raglan line, yarn, 1 front for the shelf, 1 air loop. Starting from the 2nd row of loops for parts of the front, back and sleeves 2 more.
Step 8
Purl rows: crochet knit with purl or purl crossed, loop of sleeves, front and back with purl. Knit in a circle until you dial the loops to the desired width of the back, front, sleeves.
