It is necessary

  • - paper;
  • - pencil;
  • - ruler.

Instructions

Step 1

To draw a portrait of mom, take a sheet of paper, a pencil and a ruler. Draw a horizontal rectangle on the sheet. Divide this rectangle into four parts. The top line will run just below the middle of the forehead, the next line will be in the middle of the eyes, and the bottom line will run along the tip of the nose. Draw a vertical line in the middle of the rectangle. Round your rectangle to fit your face. Start drawing the eyes.

Step 2

First you need to make marks from the vertical line for the upper part of the nose. Step back a distance equal to the width of the top of the nose that you marked. This point will be the beginning of the eye. From a horizontal line up and down, draw two parallel lines to get the eyes of the same size. Draw the eye - the iris and the pupil.

Step 3

Shade the iris lightly, leaving a small spot of light to show the sparkle in the eyes. Make the pupil darker. Draw another line slightly more than the outline of the eye to show its depth. Also draw the second eye.

Step 4

From the marks for the nose, draw smooth lines up and to the sides in arcs, depicting the eyebrows. Add volume to your brows with light, short strokes.

Step 5

Extend the lines of the nose down to the next horizontal line, widening and curving the lines slightly downward. Draw the wings of the nose and the portion of the nasal cavities. Darken the nasal cavities.

Step 6

Draw the lips at the top of the lower horizontal section. The edge of the lower lip should be in the middle of the rectangle.

Step 7

Draw the hair with smooth lines. If the hair is short or pulled back in such a way that the ears are visible, they also need to be drawn. The approximate location of the ears from the middle of the eye to the tip of the nose. In the upright position, only the edge of the ear is visible, as well as the distant part of the auricle. When finished drawing, erase the extra lines. Mom's portrait is ready.
